Sportsday was first heard in 2009 across regional Victoria and soon proved so popular that many stations across regional Australia wanted the show. Each state had a parochial need to talk about sports & issues relevant to their market, resulting in multiple versions of the show produced each day. By 2015, Sportsday was a National product allowing brands the chance to reach regional Australia in one hit, while connecting with listeners at a local level through the state based programs. In 2017 Sportsday expands its footprint into Metropolitan Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth with programs in development for these markets.
